Singing Bowls and Tibetan Bells
While working within further education, I began my training in counselling. I was inspired in my training by person-centred and humanistic psychology and began my journey in counselling and psychotherapy. Since 1991 have gained considerable experience, working with people with wide-ranging experiences and concerns, including anxiety, depression and issues to do with identity and relationships. I have also offered shorter-term telephone counselling in an employee assistance programme (2004-2010), often supporting people at times of great isolation and enabling them to find a way forward.
I bring warmth and openness to my work and I am flexible and empathic.
