I work with adults aged 18 and over.

Working as a Jungian psychotherapist, counsellor, spiritual healer, Reiki Master and Thought Field Therapist means I work holistically.

My focus is on you and what you bring to therapy and that helps us decide which of the therapies I offer would be best for you. You will have plenty of time to talk and to be listened to.

I believe we do contain everything we need to know - whether we carry that consciously or unconsciously. When we get in touch with both conscious and unconscious motives and how they manifest as behaviours are we able to make better choices for ourselves and be more of our true selves.

I have worked in several agencies offering psychotherapy and counselling for people who have been bereaved and or have a terminal illness, taking referrals from the local psychological services, including people feeling suicidal; people who have been sexually and violently abused, including rape; people with eating disorders; anxiety; depression; suffering domestic abuse; people with anger management problems and relationship problems and more.

I have been a spiritual healer (NSFH trained) for 30 years and a Reiki Master for 18 years and am experienced in working with people with physical illness and mental pain, as well as those seeking meaning in life and asking spiritual questions. I am National Federation of Spiritual Healers trained and a member of the Healing Foundation.
