Pregnancy Massage

This is a brief generalisation and does not claim to represent the different styles, influence and nuance that each practitioner will bring to a session.

Pregnancy massage is usually a light to medium touch, oil based massage. Bolsters are used to support the body into a comfortable position. Massage can relieve tired achey legs, pain, discomfort and heaviness. It reduces stress hormones for both mother and baby and increases serotonin (happy, love hormone).
