Via Zoom this class is live streamed for you to practice a slow, gentle yoga in your own home. Angie ensures that there are regular rests and breath work between postures so you remain comfortably aware and connected to your body mind, emotional and energetic facets of your being.
Nourishing soft rotations through the joints, stretches to strengthen and align the body, breath and mind.
Even though remote, Angie helps you stay present, safe and engaged.
