Join me for a classical Sivananda Hatha Yoga Class as we move through the sun salutation, and various other yoga postures. You'll feel the therapeutic benefits of stretching and consciously relaxing body and mind whilst increasing strength and stamina of body.

Flowing yoga experience with high emphasis on breath. 
Our aim is keeping this class flowing at an accessible pace which allows our body, breath and mind being in harmony rather than a fast pace that may distract the mind and breath... However there is always a challenging asana (pose) in every class so be prepared for that too.
