This 6 week programme combines Yoga and Hypnotherapy. Both practices have the power to transform. They naturally compliment each other to create holistic transformation in mind and body.
After an initial consultation to find out what it is you would like to address, and what you want instead we will create your own personal guided visualisation to imagine how to achieve those goals. The guided visualisation will embed your ideas for the future into the subconscious, creating new belief systems and positive thought patterns. You will have access to a recording of the guided visualisation which you can use whenever you need to.
A personalised yoga practice will be developed and tailored to your own needs and goals. You have probably heard about the benefits yoga can bring: increased strength and flexibility, and a sense of calm and relaxation. But by developing a regular personal practice for yourself you may find the effects spreading to unexpected areas of your life. In my own experience I have found the power of practicing yoga regularly transformative. I feel healthier than ever before, with plenty of energy. It has had a calming effect which allows me to tackle life’s daily challenges in a much more positive way, and professionally it has opened up new and exciting opportunities that I may not have had the courage to pursue in the past. Advice and support will be given in developing and keeping good habits. Sharing recipes, ideas and evidence to support a healthy lifestyle. You will also learn techniques to manage and regulate stress. We need to re-learn how to relax as chronic stress can break down immune function. By learning breathing techniques, we can control the autonomic nervous system, managing and regulating our stress response.

The hypnotherapy session will begin with a discussion about the desired outcome and an opportunity for us to get to know one another. Counselling and NLP techniques will pinpoint specific goals. We will collaborate to plan the best way to achieve these goals.
Hypnosis will be used to bring about the changes required to achieve those goals. Using relaxation techniques for the body and mind the subconscious becomes open to a broader state of awareness.

Any cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made before 24 hours of your appointment will be allowed a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be fully charged. If you do not turn up for your appointment without cancelling beforehand you will be charged the full amount.
