My yoga journey has started in 2010. Yoga has always been an inspiration to live healthy and think positive for me.
I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher which always encourages us to teach with a strong emphasis of breathing and relaxation throughout the sessions.
Yoga is one of the greatest ways of taking quality "me time" from everyday life. So why not give a chance to yoga and start your own journey?
