About Caroline I am a Sports Massage Practitioner based in Canterbury and surrounding area 2 mins from Broome Park and the holisticentre
Mum to three girls, wife of a keen cyclist I have always had a passion in the art of massage, with an intuitive sense of aches and pains in others.
Sports of various kinds have always run within my family and this has forced my interest to help and improve body conditions.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do and am inspired by the results seen in my clients. It is always rewarding to see the tension release and improvement in mobility.
Although I am qualified in sports massage, I also enjoy deep tissue massage, remedial and maintenance work.
I'm available for pre and post event massage.
All treatments are tailored to each individual client and will always start with an initial consultation.
All clients will now be asked to pay a deposit for the treatment room rental on booking, this will be charged at 10 per hour and be taken off the total price of the treatment on the day. Caroline's Treatments

Initial consultation and form filling, a treatment plan tailored to the client, to include massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, soft tissue techniques, neuromuscular techniques, trigger points, frictions etc.
To help alleviate stress and tension which builds up in the bodies soft tissues during activity, where minor injuries occur, due to overexertion or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
This treatment is not just for the sports person, anyone can benefit from a sports massage including people in a physically demanding job. |

Relaxing Candle Massage
A 45 minute back & shoulder massage for the introductory price of 40, a saving of 10! Throughout October
To celebrate National Massage day (1st October) I have introduced a new treatment to my repertoire, a relaxing candle massage.
The candles wax is made from soy bean oil which is then blended with specially chosen fragranced essential oils, to aid relaxation.
The candle is lit before your treatment, so when you enter the treatment room, you can enjoy its aroma.
The soy bean wax is toxin free and therefore burns at a lower temperature to regular candles, 37 degrees, which makes it perfect for a body warming massage.
The warm oil is then drizzled straight onto the skin and you will receive an indulgent, relaxing and beneficial massage, the warmth penetrates the skin to make your aches and pains melt away.
The soy bean oil is rich in vitamin E, and will leave your skin feeling soft and nourished.

Caroline's Cancellation Policy
| If an appointment needs to be cancelled, I will need 48 hours notice to avoid incurring any expenses.
Any appointment cancelled within that time period will be charged at 10.00, per hour, to cover fees. |
