Thai massage finds its roots in the Indian medicine system known as Ayurveda.
You are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing.
The massage works primarily on the Sen Energy lines of the body. The practitioner uses body weight to apply pressure to the reciepients body, focusing on opening energy lines. Pressure is applied through the use of thumbs, palms, elbows and feet.
A combination of acupressure, rocking, twisting and assisted yoga stretches create a steady meditative rhythm, gently restoring a deep sense of well-being.
