SHIATSU is a body and mind therapy based on Chinese Medicine. Through deep and pleasant manipulation Shiatsu helps the body to distribute its life force correctly along energy channels which relate all the physiological organs and systems to thoughts and emotions. It allows blocked areas to release their excess to areas which lack energy thus helping the body to achieve physical harmony and strength and the mind to achieve equilibrium and awareness.
 

Shiatsu is a very effective healing method which helps relieve or fully overcome minor and major emotional and physical problems.


Shiatsu is applied through clothing on a person lying prone or supine on a futon or thick padded mat.
