The class will help your postnatal body slowly recover from your nine months of pregnancy and birth. Strengthen your abdominal's and pelvic floor, decrease lower back pain and stretch out for more flexibility and long muscles.

Please check with your doctor first about exercising after the birth. We recommend returning to exercise no less than six weeks after a natural birth and 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

These classes are for for mummies with new babies to those with babies who are about to start crawling. . Babies can lie next to you or can take part in some of the exercise.


The Pilates session will be 45 minutes followed by 20-25 minutes Baby massage.


Bring a mat, towel and something to drink as well as a blanket and towel for your baby. Massage oils included

Voicebath sound journey with Naomy Browton Sound Therapy
Is there anything in the way of you living the life you want to live? This could be on a mental, emotional, physical or spiritual level. If so you might find therapeutic voicework beneficial.

Apart from the enjoyment of being bathed in the voice, benefits people often experience are an increased sense of self awareness, feeling more connected to self and life, reduced stress and anxiety, help with pain control. You might also receive information or insight regarding a problem or question.

During this sort of sound and vocal work, stress hormones can lower, blood pressure and heart rate can drop and the brain's sodium and potassium levels can be balanced when we enter a state of consciousness akin to meditation. In this state, cellular regeneration can also occur. People can find sound an easier way to achieve this kind of state than by meditating.

The session will last an hour and a half, you will be invited to lie down comfortably on the floor (or you can sit in a chair if lying down doesn't suit you) and you will hear long vocal tones and overtones (vocal harmonics) and then at the end a series of graduated percussion instruments to gently bring you back from your relaxation. There will be a short sharing invited before and after the session. £12.00
